An invitation to become a Planting Partner

24-7 Prayer Australia has been established as a Planting of the Lord

We have seen the re-digging of wells, board rooms turned into prayer rooms and God's presence call individuals and communities into becoming people of prayer.

Now, we’re looking for Planting Partners to help grow this movement across our nation, planting deep into the river of God's presence.

Join us this year by becoming a Planting Partner, as together we unite in prayer, mission and justice.

What is a Planting Partner?

This year there are two main ways that you can become a Planting Partner to support the mission of 24-7 Prayer Australia.

Partner with us in prayer

  • Pray that we would continue to see a move of prayer and spiritual renewal across Australia.

  • Pray for God’s abundant provision so that 24-7 Prayer Australia can continue to do the work He has laid out for us.

  • Pray for more plantings along the river – for more individuals, churches and communities to be called into this movement, spending time in God’s presence and contending to see Him move in their contexts and beyond.

Partner with us financially

  • If you have been impacted by the work of 24-7 Prayer Australia or if you share our vision and want to see prayer continue to grow across our nation, we invite you to prayerfully consider making a regular monthly donation.

  • We have an immediate need to continue our work into 2027. Would you also prayerfully consider making a once-off donation as we look to consolidate the early growth of our movement.

You can also partner with us by attending, or praying for, one of our regular events and gatherings. We’re aiming to hold our next National Gathering in April 2027 (more details soon!)

We look forward to partnering with you and sharing updates and stories throughout the year ahead.

A message from Trudi Sayers

Dear friends,

I wanted to write to you to share the story and growth of 24-7 Prayer in Australia and invite you to partner with us as we seek to become a sustainable movement here in Australia.

The story of the 24-7 Prayer Australia movement is growing.

In 2022, 24-7 Prayer Australia launched in its current form, with a vision to see renewal across our nation as the people of God unite in prayer, mission and justice.

Since this time, God has encouraged us with the promise in scripture of dry and thirsty land being refreshed with the living water of His presence.  We are continuing to pray this for Australia.

Isaiah 61 v3 inspired the theme of our first National Gathering in 2023: ‘A planting of the Lord’.

They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of his splendor. (Isaiah 61:3)

Over the past few years God has been growing this movement and planting a network of prayer rooms.

At our 2025 National Gathering, I shared a message about being planted by the river.  I sensed God was drawing my attention to the significance of where we are planted.  There is the promise of abundance when we are planted in His presence. Jeremiah 17.7-8 says if we are planted deep in the water we will experience sustaining fruitfulness even in times of drought.

But blessed are those who trust in the Lord and have made the Lord their hope and confidence. They are like trees planted along a riverbank, with roots that reach deep into the water. Such trees are not bothered by the heat or worried by long months of drought. Their leaves stay green, and they never stop producing fruit. (Jeremiah 17.7-8)

A billabong as a body of still water along a river can store water in times of drought.  Billabongs can be places of refuge, renewal and flourishing.  The Billabong is an inspiring image for a gathering place of prayer along the river of God’s presence where we find refuge, renewal, and flourishing in Him.

God is moving across Australia right now, the momentum is growing and our vision is to sustain this move of God from our knees in prayer. We can see God growing these first plantings and bringing abundance, we’re now calling on Him to sustain this movement by prayer and provision.

This June, we’re inviting you to become a Planting Partner to support the mission of 24-7 Prayer Australia. There are two main ways that you can do this:

Throughout June we’ll be sharing a series of stories – a taste of what we’ve seen God is doing across our nation. We’re joyfully expectant that there’s more to come and invite you to partner with us as together we, as God’s people, unite in prayer, mission, and justice.

Trudi Sayers

God has given us a vision of prayer rooms and prayer communities around Australia connected by the river of life. We also believe the river of life will flow out of our prayer rooms to bring resurrection life and renewal to our churches and communities.

Now that 24-7 Prayer Australia has been established as a planting of the lord, we’re now looking for ‘planting partners’ to help grow this movement across the nation!

As the 24-7 Prayer Australia movement grows and we see God moving across our nation we are sensing the continued call pray without ceasing where He has planted us and to wait upon Him for the blessing that comes with being planted by His river of life.

This is only the beginning, He is on the move!

We’re hearing stories of God prompting churches to turn their boardrooms into permanent prayer rooms, to unite in prayer across denominations, individuals overwhelmed by God’s presence and others called to a life of prayer and mission.

Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.
Isaiah 43.19
